Thermal insulation material TM-F20 successfully applied on 15kw charging pile module 9/25/2017

Today let’s share with us about charging pile module case which applied thermal insulation material TM-F20.

 

We have an customer who found us online and send us email enquiring for thermal insulation material, and customer told us they had been purchasing from international first-line brand Bergquist material, due to cost control, they’re trying to find an alternative supplier in China. Customer showed us their production line material Bergquist K10, customer told me the heating module of K10 isn’t too big, but K10 can not meet the high heat of another new heating module, and operators feedbacked that K10 is easy scratchs and anti-tear isn’t strong, engineers worry much on voltage resistance if have scratchs, high voltage will easily burn the module, so they plans to replace K10 with other materials.

 

Customers told us they uses Bergquist Sil-Pad 900S for their 15kw charging pile module, and our BAISONTECH thermal insulation material TM-SF15 can match perfectly no matter heat conducting performance or unit price. Sil-pad 900S thermal conductivity is 1.6W, withstand voltage is 4KV, our thermal insulation material TM-SF15 thermal conductivity is 1.5W, withstand voltage is 7KV. This customer still hopes to know if there’s any better performance material than TM-SF15, so we showed customer our thermal insulation material TM-F20, thermal conductivity is 2.2W, withstand voltage is 4KV. Customer engineer requested samples immediately, we sent our samples to customer in the next day, customer surprised that our samples are so fast, the other components still takes one week to get, Previously Bergquist material takes several weeks to get. After 3weeks testing, customer informed us that our BAISONTECH thermal insulation material TM-F20 tested result is very great, but other designed parts haven’t confirmed, so we spent some months time to deliver customer customized size TM-F20 material for testing. Finally, customer told us their project started and our TM-F20 thermal insulation material mass production order came.
