heat generating components and heat sinks.
TP150 series thermal pad main application are industrial and medical, mobile and communications equipment, high-speed mass storage drives and other high efficiency and high fever equipment. With good quality and good price, TP150 is top seller among all thermal pads. It can replace Fujipoly GR-ae , Laird Tflex300, Bergquist GP1500 series.
