TM-120 Thermal Conductive Insulator
TM-120 thermal conductive insulator is a series of silicone-based, fiberglass reinforced thermal interface material, which is also known as thermal conductive silicone cloth.
This material can effectively reduce thermal impedance and thermal resistance between the electronic components and heat sink. It's also with good electrical insulation, good thermal conductivity, which is ideal for replacement between electronic power devices and heat sink for screw and clipmounted applications.
Besides, fiberglass reinforcement also enhances the body for puncture, shear and tear resistance.
