Thermally Conductive Adhesive Tape
Thermal Conductive Adhesive Tape TCT100 is made of glass fiber cloth which filled by high performance acrylic pressure sensitive glue with high thermal conductive ceramic particel coated.
It is designed to provide a preferential heat transfer path between heat-generating components and heat sinks or other cooling devices.
It has good thermal conductivity, good flexibility, compressibility and strong viscosity properties.
