TP500 5.0w/m-k Thermal Conductive Foil, Soft Thermal Conductive Pad, Silicone Gel Pad
TP500 series thermal pad is naturally sticky silicone based fiberglass coated insulation conductive material which is used to fill air gaps between heat generating components and heat sinks.
It has ultra-high voltage, high reliability, ultra-high filling gasket both strength and high deformation, high compression and resilience, soft thermal silicone pad is soft self-adhesive, easy construction, control of low permeability oil for high efficiency or high fever equipment.
It can replace FujipolyGR-M, Parker Chomerics G974/974, Laird Tflex 700.
