Thermal Silicon Pad 1.0W/m-K, Thermal Conductive Pad TP100

TP100 series pcb board thermal pad is naturally sticky silicone based electrical insulation heat conductive material which is used to fill air gaps between heat generating components and heat sinks.
 

Due to its low hardness and great compressibility, TP100 pcb board thermal pad works as the perfect gap filler and bridges uneven surface and gaps without any problems.

It can replace Fujipoly Xr-HL, Keratherm 86/200, Laird Tflex200, Bergquist GP V0 soft series
